01 · Software house
The stackwe ship.
SaaS, CRM, CMS, ERP and databases, designed and written by engineers. One team, every platform your business touches.
01Software house
Five layers,
one team.
Point at a layer and the stack shows it. Each one is built by the same people, so the product, the data and the deployment agree with each other.

01How we work
How we
build.
- Engineers write it. Nothing here is generated and shipped unread.
- One team owns the stack. Interface, logic, data and deployment, by the same people.
- Every platform. iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux and the web, from one house.
- Cloud or on-prem. Ship fast on our infrastructure, or own it entirely on yours.
CaseThe client portal
The portal that runs
the studio.
The system we build for others, used on ourselves first: private notes from this website, clients and their teams, projects, invoices and payments, in one place.
- What it is
- divtodiv's client portal, the private side of this site. Notes from the contact form land there; clients sign in to follow their projects.
- What it does
- Inbox for private notes, with sender blocking and bulk actions
- First-party, cookieless site statistics
- Clients and their team members, invited by email
- Projects with notes and files, shared both ways
- Invoices from draft to paid: PDF, email, Stripe checkout and webhooks
- Expenses with receipts, and a studio ledger in CAD
- Built with
- Laravel, a suite of 106 automated tests, and the same design language as this site.
- Where it runs
- Our own server in Canada, behind Cloudflare.
- Status
- In production at portal.divtodiv.com.

Then the work
inside it.
A system is the start. Next: how we automate the records, flows and briefings that run a business.
